  • Website configuration;
  • Contact forms;
  • Basic on-page SEO;
  • Mobile responsiveness;
  • Basic performance optimization;
  • E-commerce functionality where agreed;
  • Domain and hosting guidance;
  • Website launch assistance; and
  • Other services specifically included in the client’s quotation or agreement.

The exact scope of each project will be determined by the quotation, proposal, invoice, project agreement, or other written agreement provided to the client.

9. Website Project Scope

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a website project includes only the services and deliverables specifically stated in the applicable quotation or agreement.

Additional work may include:

  • Additional pages;
  • Additional functionality;
  • Additional revisions;
  • Custom development;
  • Third-party integrations;
  • Copywriting;
  • Professional photography;
  • Advanced SEO;
  • E-commerce functionality;
  • Payment integrations;
  • Website migration;
  • Ongoing maintenance; or
  • Other work outside the original project scope.

Additional work may be charged separately.

We will aim to communicate additional costs before undertaking significant out-of-scope work.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing information and materials reasonably necessary for their project.

This may include:

  • Other project materials.

The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to DigitalComputerCamp are accurate and that the client has the necessary rights or permissions to use those materials.

Delays in providing required materials, approvals, feedback, or access may affect the project timeline.

11. Client-Provided Content

You remain responsible for content and materials you provide to us.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authority to provide and use such materials.

This includes:

  • Text;

DigitalComputerCamp is not responsible for claims arising from a client’s unauthorized use of third-party content.

12. Website Design Revisions

Website projects may include a specified number of revisions where stated in the applicable quotation or agreement.

A revision means a reasonable modification to an existing design or content element within the agreed project scope.

Requests that materially change the original project direction, require new functionality, or fall outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and charged separately.

The applicable quotation or project agreement will determine the specific revision limits for each project.

13. Project Timelines

We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed or estimated timeframe.

However, project timelines may be affected by:

  • Late client feedback;

Where a project is delayed because required information, approvals, materials, or payments have not been provided on time, DigitalComputerCamp will not be responsible for the resulting delay.

14. Domain Names and Hosting

DigitalComputerCamp may assist clients with domain registration, hosting selection, hosting setup, or website deployment.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, domain names and hosting services are generally provided by third-party providers.

Third-party domain and hosting services are subject to the terms, policies, pricing, renewal requirements, and service availability of the relevant provider.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that domain and hosting subscriptions are renewed when required unless DigitalComputerCamp has expressly agreed in writing to manage renewals on their behalf.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from a client’s failure to renew a domain or hosting service.

15. Third-Party Software and Services

A website project may use third-party software, plugins, themes, APIs, hosting services, payment gateways, email services, or other technologies.

Third-party products and services may have:

  • Separate terms and conditions;
  • Separate privacy policies;
  • Licensing requirements;
  • Subscription fees;
  • Usage limits;
  • Renewal fees;
  • Technical limitations; or
  • Service interruptions.

DigitalComputerCamp does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, pricing, functionality, or compatibility.

Where a third-party service requires a paid subscription, the client may be responsible for those costs unless otherwise agreed.

16. Website Maintenance

Website design does not automatically include unlimited ongoing maintenance.

Unless explicitly included in a service agreement, ongoing maintenance may be offered separately.

Maintenance may include:

  • WordPress updates;
  • Plugin updates;
  • Theme updates;
  • Security monitoring;
  • Backups;
  • Content updates;
  • Technical troubleshooting;
  • Performance improvements; and
  • Other agreed maintenance services.

Clients may be responsible for maintaining third-party subscriptions and licenses.

17. Payments

Where DigitalComputerCamp provides paid services or products, applicable prices and payment terms will be communicated through the relevant quotation, invoice, checkout page, proposal, or agreement.

For custom website-design projects, payment may be structured through:

  • A deposit or initial payment;
  • One or more milestone payments; and/or
  • A final payment before completion, launch, or handover.

The applicable quotation, invoice, or project agreement will specify the payment structure for the particular project.

We reserve the right to pause work where required payments are overdue.

18. Pricing

Prices displayed on our website may be:

  • Starting prices;
  • Estimated price ranges;
  • Promotional prices;
  • Standard prices;
  • Package prices; or
  • Prices applicable only to specific services or circumstances.

The final price for a custom project may differ depending on the scope, functionality, complexity, content, integrations, revisions, and other requirements.

A custom quotation or written agreement will determine the final agreed price for a specific client project.

19. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms where applicable.

The Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be available for:

  • Website design services;
  • Deposits;
  • Digital products;
  • Courses;
  • Training;
  • Consultations; and
  • Other paid services or products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

20. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, DigitalComputerCamp owns or has the necessary rights to the intellectual property contained in our website and original materials.

This may include:

  • Website text;
  • Blog articles;
  • Graphics;
  • Logos;
  • Branding;

  • Videos;
  • Templates;
  • Guides;

  • Designs;
  • Images created by DigitalComputerCamp;
  • Website layouts;
  • Educational materials; and
  • Other original content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or commercially exploit our copyrighted materials without our permission, except where permitted by law.

21. Client Website Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, after the client has fully paid for the applicable website project, the client may use the completed website deliverables created specifically for the client for their business or personal purposes.

Third-party themes, plugins, stock assets, fonts, software, templates, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

DigitalComputerCamp does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property that it does not own.

22. Portfolio and Marketing Rights

Unless a client specifically requests otherwise in writing before publication, DigitalComputerCamp may display completed website-design or branding work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

This may include:

  • Screenshots;
  • Website links;
  • Project descriptions;
  • Before-and-after examples;
  • Design mockups;
  • General project information; and
  • Other publicly available elements of the completed project.

We will take reasonable care not to publicly disclose confidential information supplied by a client.

If a project is subject to confidentiality requirements, those requirements will take precedence.

23. Testimonials and Client Feedback

Where a client voluntarily provides a testimonial, review, recommendation, or feedback, DigitalComputerCamp may use that testimonial for legitimate marketing purposes where permitted.

We will not knowingly alter the meaning of a testimonial in a misleading manner.

If you would like a testimonial removed, you may contact us, and we will consider the request.

  • Do not claim DigitalComputerCamp’s educational materials as your own.

We may suspend or terminate access where there is evidence of unauthorized sharing, redistribution, fraud, or other serious violations of these Terms.

25. Course Availability

We may update, modify, replace, improve, or discontinue course materials, lessons, instructors, software demonstrations, or other educational content.

Technology changes quickly, and therefore course content may occasionally become outdated.

Where appropriate, we may update materials to reflect significant changes in the technologies covered.

We do not guarantee that every course will remain available indefinitely unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.

26. User Accounts

If our website or services allow you to create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information;
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • Keeping your account secure;
  • Not sharing your credentials without authorization; and

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account unless unauthorized use occurred through circumstances for which you are not reasonably responsible.

  • Contains malicious software;
  • Is defamatory;
  • Contains unnecessary personal information about another person;
  • Is abusive or threatening; or
  • Violates applicable laws.

By submitting content, you grant DigitalComputerCamp permission to use it for the purpose for which it was submitted and, where applicable, to display publicly submitted content such as comments or testimonials.

You access third-party websites at your own risk and should review their applicable policies.

29. Affiliate Links and Recommendations

DigitalComputerCamp may participate in affiliate programs.

Some links on our website may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you purchase a product or service after clicking our referral link.

Affiliate relationships do not necessarily mean that we have control over the third-party product or service.

Our recommendations are based on our assessment or intended educational purpose, but you should independently evaluate third-party products and services before purchasing them.

Third-party products and services remain subject to their own terms, pricing, warranties, refunds, and policies.

  • Unauthorized redistribution of our materials;
  • Illegal activity;
  • Security concerns; or
  • Other serious conduct that threatens our business, systems, users, or intellectual property.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.

Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, payment, confidentiality, liability, and dispute-related provisions.

We will make reasonable efforts to understand the issue and seek an appropriate resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the remedies available under applicable law.

For client projects, the applicable written project agreement may contain additional dispute-resolution provisions.
